§ 1. General Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing electronic services within the SriLankaForAll tourist portal, available at srilankaforall.com (hereinafter: "Service").
- The Terms and Conditions were issued pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- Using the Service means accepting the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
§ 2. Service Provider

§ 3. Definitions
- User — a person using the Service.
- Account — an individual account created after registration.
- Listing — an entry regarding accommodation, gastronomy, or attractions.
- Plan — a paid, annual service for promoting a Listing (description in the price list).
§ 4. Types and scope of services
- catalog of tourist listings (browsing without registration);
- registration and maintenance of an Account;
- adding own Listings (with moderation);
- paid promotion Plans (§ 7);
- classifieds, 360° virtual tours, newsletter.
§ 5. Account and registration
Registration is voluntary and free; the password is stored in encrypted form. User content is subject to moderation and must not violate the law.
§ 6. Complaints
Complaints: email. Resolution period: 14 days.
§ 7. Plans and payments
Plans are an annual subscription (prices in the price list); upfront payment, invoice on request, after one year the Plan expires to a free one.
§ 8. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the service has been fully performed with their consent before this period.
§ 9. Personal data
The rules for data processing are defined by the Privacy Policy.
§ 10. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
